François Savard
Entrepreneur building for Legal Tech, Payments and Fintech based in Singapore
François Savard is a French-born entrepreneur based in Singapore, working across fintech, payments, and legal tech.
He began his career in Norway in 2019 at Journey Agency, where he grew from designer to Creative Director over five years. His work went beyond interface design. He built products end to end, collaborated closely with developers, and worked directly with clients to understand what actually drove their business.
In parallel, in 2020, he co-founded Advokatguiden, a platform built to bring more transparency to the legal industry. From the early stages, he was involved in shaping the product, structuring interactions between lawyers and clients, and building the platform’s foundations.
The company later expanded into The Lawyer Guide, entering new markets including the United States, Switzerland, Denmark, and Sweden. In 2024, he stepped into the CEO role, focusing on aligning product, monetisation, and growth, while leading a full refinement of the platform from customer acquisition to user experience.
In 2024, he returned to France and founded END Agency. The studio was built to work closely with founders beyond traditional design execution. He gets involved early in the process, helping shape products, clarify positioning, and guide decisions that impact adoption and revenue. The focus is less on visuals and more on building products that are coherent, usable, and commercially viable.
In 2026, he relocated to Singapore and joined Sambapay as Chief Commercial Officer. His role is to build and scale the company’s commercial operations from the ground up, covering positioning, go-to-market strategy, and merchant adoption. His experience scaling the commercial side of The Lawyer Guide allowed him to be operational immediately and move faster using proven approaches, while adapting to a market with fundamentally different dynamics from Europe and Western business culture.
Across these experiences, Savard has worked at the intersection of design, product, and business long enough to understand where products typically break. He is used to moving between building, thinking, and selling, ensuring these elements are aligned and work together.
